    May 1st - Arrival Day

    • Welcome gathering and introductions with Molly, Lauren, and Samson.

    • Yoga practice with extended savasana and sound bath to decompress after travel and fully arrive in body and mind.

    • Welcome dinner together and a chance to enjoy a glass of wine by the fire while you absorb the night sky.

    • Excursion - We can’t wait to share unforgettable experiences in the Masai Mara with you. Our experienced guides will take you on game drives, walking safaris, hot air balloon rides, and horseback riding safaris, so you can see the abundant wildlife and learn about the rich culture of the Masai people.

    • Self-guided relaxation time - read a book, enjoy a nap, or immerse in your journal. Immerse in the art of slowing down.

    • Grounding Yin Yoga practice and sound bath session.

    • Delicious dinner, cultural presentation, and time to relax around the fire pit.

    May 8 - Departure Day

    • Sunrise guided meditation and breathwork on the yoga platform or in the garden.

    • Delicious, healthy breakfast served in the dining room.

    • 75 min Power Yoga practice

    • Time to offer your personal farewell to the people and land of the Maasai Mara.

    Additional Information:

    Ground transportation will be provided to and from Nairobi, departing at a set time. We recommend you book flights to arrive a minimum of one day before and depart a minimum of one day after the retreat to account for potential flight delays and a relaxed arrival and departure schedule.
