The Bali Sun & Spirit 4-day retreat was created to enhance your yoga practice, uplift your spirit, and explore the beautiful and sacred landscape of Bali. This magical island is a destination where people from around the globe go to heal and realign with their higher selves and higher purposes. In this meticulously tailored retreat, we leverage the island’s energy to assist you in shifting your vision to prioritize what you want to manifest in your life. Through daily focused and supported yoga and meditation, coupled with guided journaling and time for introspection, you will begin to move out of your head and habits of overthinking, transitioning into a higher level of intuition and self-awareness. This retreat will leave you relaxed, refreshed, and ready to take on your life with a new vitality and passion!
We will be visiting some of the sacred sites, shrines, and temples in Ubud, and exploring the terraced rice fields and rain forests surrounding the valley. One of the most important aspects of our trips will be connecting with locals and learning about their customs and beliefs.

Nestled in plush tropical gardens and surrounded by scenic vistas of rice fields, our home base feels worlds away but is a mere 7-minute drive from the center of Ubud. This offers us quick access to Bali’s cultural hub while offering the experience of rural Bali, away from the congestion of tourists.
Our retreat oasis features stunning Indonesian architecture, modern amenities, and every creature comfort. Each room is well-appointed, expansive, and decorated in traditional Balinese style. All rooms have a beautiful private porch, air conditioning, fans, complimentary mineral water, and wifi.
Housekeeping services and 24-hour security are provided.
All meals will be provided and prepared on-site by our in-house chef, who sources garden-fresh local produce to create fresh, bright, nutritious meals that will heal and fuel your body. The fully vegetarian menu includes Balinese and international cuisine. Any dietary restrictions will be happily accommodated.
Our retreat center has a private spa. During the retreat, you will enjoy a complimentary 60-minute traditional Balinese massage.

Nov 2nd - Arrival Day
Check-in begins at 2 p.m.
Welcome and introductions.
Power Yoga practice with extended savasana and sound bath to decompress after travel and fully arrive in body and mind.
Welcome dinner together and a chance to relax and enjoy a glass of fresh pressed juice or tea by the fire cauldron.
Sample Day Itinerary
Morning guided meditation.
75-minute Power yoga practice in the yoga shala.
Delicious, locally sourced vegetarian breakfast prepared by our private chef.
Guided inquiry, journaling, and group discussion focused on identifying limiting personal beliefs and empowered goal-setting.
Free time to explore, swim, get a massage, or simply relax.

Discover Bali’s rice culture.
Bathe in the holy spring water of Tempak Siring Water Temple to purify your soul.
Explore the vibrant Balinese markets to immerse in culture and daily life.
Grounding Yin Yoga practice and sound bath session.
Have a delicious vegetarian dinner together to celebrate a wonderful day.
Relax around the fire or by the pool. Our final evening together will include a special celebration and ceremony.

It is time to offer your personal farewell to the people and land of our private retreat oasis. Pack up, take a stroll, enjoy a swim, or relax in the morning sun.
Check-out is at 12 pm. Emerge mindful, restored, and ready to live On Point!

Yoga sessions are generally 60 - 75 minutes long. Meditation sessions are generally 20-30 minutes long. Soundbath immersions are generally 30-60 minutes long.
